Attorney and Notary with over 4 years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on commercial law, intellectual property, and international economic law. Throughout his career, he has collaborated on various projects with national and international organizations, providing legal assistance and supporting community development. He has also represented the Republic of El Salvador before institutions such as the World Trade Organization (WTO), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and the Secretariat for Central American Economic Integration (SIECA).

He has solid experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing legal opinions, negotiating commercial agreements, monitoring administrative procedures, and other corporate and commercial matters.
