Lawyer, graduated from the National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH) in 1992, with a strong background and career in labor law. He has worked in both the public and private sectors, standing out as a Labor Court Judge and with 15 years of experience working at the Supreme Court of Justice. This has given him a comprehensive understanding of judicial processes and a deep knowledge of applicable legislation and jurisprudence in this field.

Throughout his career, he has been involved in resolving thousands of labor, civil, commercial, and arbitration cases, providing clients with strategic and personalized legal guidance to resolve disputes in various judicial and arbitral instances. Additionally, he serves as a Professor at the National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH), teaching Administrative, Constitutional, Civil, and Labor Law. His expertise in judicial environments enables him to offer clients comprehensive and high-impact legal advice for the proper development of their businesses.
